The amounts shown are reference prices to help you estimate costs. Each project is quoted according to volume, number of suppliers, difficulty, travel, purchasing frequency and the actual work required. A simple case may cost less, while a particularly complex one may exceed these references. Regular clients may receive special terms on certain services.
These China sourcing agent fees are an initial reference. A straightforward purchase from one supplier does not require the same work as an operation involving several factories, many references, travel or special controls. That is why we confirm the price after reviewing the case.
When we work together on a recurring basis, we can apply special terms to certain services, especially once we already know the suppliers, products and working method.

The €59 service is intended for legitimate purchases from Chinese platforms. We do not accept counterfeits, replicas, goods that infringe trademark rights, prohibited or restricted products, or items whose nature or documentation could compromise the safety or legality of the shipment. We may reject goods before dispatch if we consider there is a reasonable risk for transport, customs or the recipient.

The price shown is the starting point for a standard service. If the project requires more time, exceptional travel or a more extensive technical review, a specific quote is prepared before work starts.
The main factors are the number of suppliers, references, location, urgency and complexity. A recurring operation is also usually more efficient than a first purchase involving many new suppliers.
Once we know your operation, products and suppliers, we can reduce repeated work. For that reason, regular clients may receive special terms on certain services adapted to their volume and purchasing frequency.

The most common model is a commission on the value of the order. At TuSocioEnChina, the reference range is 3% to 10% depending on volume, number of suppliers, recurrence and complexity. For operations over €50,000, the reference is 3% to 5% with special terms. One-off services, such as an inspection or visit, can be hired at a fixed price.
Yes. You can hire only quality control, a factory visit, a negotiation or another specific task without contracting the full process.
The €250 rate covers assistance, interpretation and negotiation support for a day of up to 8 hours. Taxi, DiDi, private vehicle or other travel costs are quoted or settled separately when applicable.
The service starts at €399 + VAT and includes travel to the factory and an on-site product inspection.
