About this fair

The Hong Kong International Optical Fair 2026 is confirmed for 4–6 November at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This professional event brings together frames, sunglasses, lenses, components, accessories, instruments, optical equipment and design and manufacturing solutions. For eyewear buyers and distributors, it can complement other Asian optical fairs with an offer geared towards international trade and private-label business. Supplier selection should clearly separate design, frame manufacturing, lens supply and final assembly, because each stage may be handled by a different company. For corrective or healthcare-related products, the technical and regulatory requirements of the destination market should be defined before agreeing prices and MOQs.

Most in-demand products

Frames, sunglasses, lenses, components, accessories, optometric instruments, manufacturing and laboratory equipment, OEM and ODM design.

Sources and verification

Is this trade fair worth visiting?

✓ Yes

Yes, especially if you source Consumer & Home Goods, Pharmaceuticals & Health, want to compare samples in person or negotiate with several manufacturers in a few days.

— Not necessarily

Probably not if your product belongs to a different sector than Consumer & Home Goods, Pharmaceuticals & Health, you already have verified suppliers and only need repeat orders, or the potential volume does not justify the trip.

Tips for visitors

Check frame materials, hinges, welds, coatings, lenses and tolerances. If the product is sold as optical or medical equipment, review regulations, documentation and labelling before approving packaging or starting production.
