About this fair
Asia’s largest baby-products fair returns to HKCEC in January 2027, on exactly the same dates and at the same venue as the HKTDC Toys & Games Fair. A single trip therefore covers both toys and the full baby-products category.
Most in-demand products
Strollers, baby clothing, early-childhood toys, maternity products and nursery furniture.
Sources and verification
Is this trade fair worth visiting?
✓ Yes
Yes, especially if you source Toys, Baby & Kids, want to compare samples in person or negotiate with several manufacturers in a few days.
— Not necessarily
Probably not if your product belongs to a different sector than Toys, Baby & Kids, you already have verified suppliers and only need repeat orders, or the potential volume does not justify the trip.
Tips for visitors
It coincides exactly with the HKTDC Toys & Games Fair at the same venue and on the same dates. If you import baby products and toys, you can cover both fairs in one four-day trip to Hong Kong.
Registration & entry
Visitor registration is completed online through the official HKTDC portal before travelling. The fair is strictly B2B and not open to the general public; bring your passport and business card for accreditation.
The HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair takes place at the same HKCEC on the same dates (11–14 January 2027), so one trip can cover both baby products and toys.
Visa: Spanish and Portuguese passport holders do not currently require a visa for short stays in Hong Kong.
How to get there
MTR: Exhibition Centre station, Exit B, is only a short walk from the main entrance of HKCEC.
From Hong Kong International Airport (HKG): Airport Express to Hong Kong Station (about 24 minutes), then a short taxi ride; a direct taxi to HKCEC takes roughly 40 minutes depending on traffic. HKCEC is in Wan Chai on Victoria Harbour.
From mainland China: high-speed rail from Guangzhou South to Hong Kong West Kowloon (around one hour), then MTR or taxi to Exhibition Centre.
Where to stay near the fair
Part of the same complex as the venue: steps from the halls, with a 50 m outdoor pool, 11 restaurants and Victoria Harbour views.
Around three minutes on foot from Exhibition Centre MTR, with a rooftop pool overlooking the harbour.
The third hotel physically linked to the venue; together, the three provide about 1,500 rooms that sell out quickly during major HKTDC dates.
Baby Products Fair, Toys & Games Fair and Stationery Fair overlap at HKCEC during this period, so book months ahead. When booking on Trip.com, our code TLSX3O helps us keep this directory free.
Frequently asked questions
When is HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair 2027?
11–14 January 2027 at HKCEC in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair runs simultaneously in the same complex: two complementary fairs in four days.
Why Hong Kong instead of the Canton Fair for baby products?
They serve different markets. HKTDC brings together exhibitors from more than 50 countries in a very structured international B2B environment, making it ideal for discovering brands, trends and export-ready manufacturers. For volume and direct factory pricing, deeper sourcing in Guangdong is the natural next step.
How do I get there?
MTR East Rail Line to Exhibition Centre, Exit B. From the airport, Airport Express takes about 24 minutes. From Guangzhou, high-speed rail to West Kowloon takes about one hour, then continue by MTR.
Do I need a visa?
Spanish and Portuguese passport holders do not currently need a visa for short stays in Hong Kong. If you continue into mainland China, check the separate Chinese entry policy in force at the time.
Where should I stay?
Grand Hyatt, Renaissance and St. Regis are all physically connected to HKCEC. With three fairs running at once in January, book months ahead.
