About this fair
The 94th China International Medical Equipment Fair, CMEF 2026, is confirmed for 21–24 October at the Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center in Beijing. It is one of China’s most relevant platforms for medical equipment, diagnostics, imaging, monitoring, laboratory systems, rehabilitation, consumables and healthcare technology. For international sourcing it gives access to manufacturers of very different scales, but the sector requires a much higher level of due diligence than consumer goods. Getting around
Beijing's metro is extensive and cheap, though the major fair venues (NCIEC in Shunyi) are somewhat far from downtown: allow 45-60 minutes by taxi from the center.
On local networks in mainland China, some international services may be restricted or unavailable. If you rely on them for work, prepare a connectivity solution that complies with current rules before travelling and do not depend on a single app. Hong Kong operates under a different internet regime.
