Shenzhen's metro is modern and covers the whole city, including the border area with Hong Kong (Luohu/Futian station). Crossing into Hong Kong by metro plus border control takes about 45-60 minutes.

If you rely on them for work, prepare a connectivity solution that complies with current rules before travelling and do not depend on a single app. Hong Kong operates under a different internet regime.
