About this fair

electronicAsia 2026 takes place from 13 to 16 October at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and complements the HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair with a deeper focus on components, production technologies and the electronics supply chain. It brings together semiconductors, sensors, passive components, connectors, displays, power supplies, modules, PCBs and manufacturing solutions. For companies developing their own products, it can be more useful than a fair focused only on finished goods because it provides access to suppliers of subsystems and critical components. Its physical and temporal overlap with the HKTDC electronics fair makes it possible to compare finished products and supply-chain options in the same visit, optimising meetings and validation work.

Most in-demand products

Semiconductors, electronic components, sensors, connectors, PCB, displays, power supplies, modules, electronic materials and production and testing equipment.

Sources and verification

Is this trade fair worth visiting?

✓ Yes

Yes, especially if you source Electronics & Appliances, Industrial Machinery, want to compare samples in person or negotiate with several manufacturers in a few days.

— Not necessarily

Probably not if your product belongs to a different sector than Electronics & Appliances, Industrial Machinery, you already have verified suppliers and only need repeat orders, or the potential volume does not justify the trip.

Tips for visitors

If you develop your own hardware, bring a BOM, specifications and volume forecasts without disclosing unnecessary confidential information. Check lifecycle, origin, lead time, traceability and the supplier’s policy on obsolescence or component changes.
